The deal enables previous owner Alpine Capital to liquidate a $120 million private equity fund, buyer Pendleton Capital to round out a middle-market investment offering, and InterPrint to capitalize on immediate growth opportunities through infused capital and new management expertise.

Acting on behalf of Alpine Capital, The Open Approach led the M&A process, leveraging its exclusive print industry network and investment firm relationships to identify potential buyers. From there, The Open Approach targeted selected candidates that could mutually benefit from the transaction. With strategic considerations approved by Alpine, The Open Approach completed negotiations—spanning all operational, production, and management changes, to ensure a smooth ownership transition.
