The Open Approach Brokers Sale of National Imprint Corporation
Print industry consultant The Open Approach has finalized terms of sale for Commercial Envelope affiliate National Imprint Corporation to Printegra Corporation, a transaction that enables Commercial Envelope to fully concentrate on its core business.

Operating as exclusive agent for the Deer Park, NY-based envelope and print manufacturer, The Open Approach spearheaded the entire sale from initial corporate positioning and valuation to identifying prospects and inking the deal.

The Open Approach's extensive network of print and envelope contacts and in-depth industry insight were essential in negotiating favorable results for all parties. The deal was closed in just 180 days from initial engagement.

By acquiring National Imprint Corporation, buyer Printegra Corporation expands its national footprint, rounding out product offerings to its trade customer base. "The addition will provide customers even greater convenience by bringing total one-stop shopping for all their short-run requirements," explains Casey Campbell, Printegra President and CEO. A manufacturer of forms, labels, cut sheets, and print shop products. Printegra is experiencing solid growth on the heels of its recent equity partnership with Huron Capital Partners—a transaction also facilitated by The Open Approach.
